While installing RCU you may get a following error.
Error:
The database you are connecting is not a supported version.
Refer to the certification matrix for supported DB versions.
Solution:
In the given path \ofm_rcu_win_11.1.1.7.0_64_disk1_1of1\rcuHome\rcu\config
we can find ComponentInfo.xml file go
and change the highlighted PrereqValue
from 0 to 1 as shown below.
Now go and run rcu.bat file, installation will be done smoothly.
